Any damage or breakage to external parts (such as crystal, case, battery, crown, bracelet, strap, clasp, or water damage) is not covered under warranty.

3. Packaging & Transit

Customers are required to send their watch in its original box or secure protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
  The same box will be used to return the watch after servicing.
Please note that Skylona cannot be held responsible for any transit damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.
