Warranty Policy

Please read the guidelines below regarding your Skylona timepiece.

1. Warranty Coverage

One-Year Warranty Watches: Both servicing and logistics are free of cost within the first year of ownership.

This warranty covers the following internal components:

  • Watch Movements
  • Hands
  • Dial

2. Parts & Repairs

Please note that the warranty focuses on internal mechanics. Any damage or breakage to external parts is not covered under warranty.

Exclusions: Crystal, case, battery, crown, bracelet, strap, clasp, or water damage.

3. Packaging & Transit

Customers are required to send their watch in its original box or secure protective packaging to ensure safe transit. The same box will be used to return the watch after servicing.


Important: Skylona cannot be held responsible for any transit damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.
